Blog 9

 So far in my EME class I have enjoyed it. I loved creating Power Points and the website. I really enjoyed this last assignment for the non-linear navigation. I really enjoy getting to be creative, create graphics and make up lessons. There were no more spots left for the in person and or asynchronous class, so my section is completely online. I like the online class experience but I also really like in person classes and or even being able to do zoom's once a week or something. I work a lot so I am unable to make office hours via zoom, but I wish the class could meet, just to get to know everyone!

Open Educational Resources are teaching, learning and research materials. They are posted online for everyone to use, on a public domain, have an open license, are are at no cost, able to reuse and distribute. They are free to access and use for the purpose of education. Here is a website I found that is an open educational resources database. This website allows you to explore, create and collaborate with other educators around the world, completely digitally. This website allows you to create, search and look at open educational resources. 

I really enjoyed working on Assignment 4. It allowed me to be creative and create a topic to teach on. If I was to do this again, I would most definitely make the presentation longer, because I believe it is a lot of information to learn in one small presentation. I would include more visauls and examples to help students understand each month and what goes on in each month. I would also probably start with a video and then also add in a song.
